I agree with Julie; they do not look like the same breed to me. And if they are Brahmas, they are very bad ones-no foot feathering. The hen looks more like a Brahma overall than the rooster, but neither have feathered legs.
What would make them not seem like both are Columbian Rocks? That's what they look like to me, but it could be the hen has a rosecomb so may be a Columbian Wyandotte. It's a little hard to tell from the photo.
Roos legs are correct color. Hen's legs are harder to see but may be fine as well.
They may be different breeds and not a breeding pair, but I would show them (appropriately tagged by breed) in the fair. They look to be in good condition and of good conformation as well as pretty, so people should enjoy seeing them at the fair and other chicken class competitors could give you additional insight on your birds.
I think the hen looks like a Delaware. i recently acquired a pair of these and they look pretty similar.
I'm a total noob when it comes to breeds though.
My Delawares are the most docile birds though. you can walk right up to them, touch them, pick them up. They seem to act like our barn cats! They will climb on your leg if you are sitting down.
