Found my hen like this this morning what is it and how can I treat her? She is drinking some and eating. Is this fowl pox?

Yes, I think that looks like fowl pox scabs. Do you have mosquitoes out now? They spread fowl pox virus. It lasts about a month, and most chickens recover from it unless they can’t see to get food and water, or if they get a secondary infection or yellow lesions inside their beak. I would apply some Terramycin or plain Neosporin ointment into her eye twice a day. Here is some reading about pox:
