PLS HELP my chickens eye is weird and might be blind

My chicken has a weird pupil on one of her eyes, her nose is not like the others and I think she is going blind. She is a two month old Astra White.

I don’t think that it is Mareks disease either, just an abnormally shaped pupil. I don’t know what caused it or if it is a birth defect. Does she seem to see okay in that eye? The beak may be malformed as well.
