Pls help my rooster Bart can’t move his neck

My name is Bob and I am 13 years old and deeply care about my rooster Bart. Just yesterday a massive fox had attack him whilst he was protecting the rest of the flock and now his neck is limp but his legs still work and he can stand.Please help me to save him

Yesterday a fox attacked my favourite rooster Bart and he has’t been able to move his head since he can move his legs and stand up but his head is limp and I’m worried he can’t eat of drink!
Not sure what to do and my family has already giving up on him I’m the only one who still has hope pls help.
Please help and send any information possible

Does he have any wounds? Bruising? Bruises look green or blue

I’m not sure but barely any feathers no bleeding or open wounds but a pink mark on his neck and his head when he stands is upside down
