PLS HELP PULLET GASPING

Thank you for the help I was sitting in the room with her and she was ok and about an hour later I checked on her and she was stiff and lifeless its a big stress relief but sad she is the bird in my profile picture

I had a polish pullet hurt her leg and she has been recovering and I clean her bedding daily and she eats and drinks regularly but now if I get near her she freaks out and begins gasping for air I don’t know what to do I gave her VetRX and made sure her food and water was fresh I don’t know how I would do it but should I put her out of her misery or is there anything I can do

She could be just scared? Idk.
