We are going to go in on a plucker with a friend. If you have a plucker, please post your thoughts on it. We're looking at an EZ Plucker, but not sure which one. It needs to be able to do chickens and turkeys.

Sportsmans guide.com usually has "bird pluckers"- pretty much universal as i have used them on phesants/turkey/ducks- they attach to a variable speed drill and do a pretty good job- pin feathers can be removed with carefull and quick pass of a propane torch to "singe" them off - not staying in one place or your bird will cook or burn- good luck

EZ Plucker is okay for chickens but a little weak for turks if they have any size at all. I would recommend Featherman, Poultryman, or a Pickwick. We have both an EZ and a Pickwick.
