plucking chickens

I hope nobody misinterprets the title I heard about a chicken plucker years ago, don't remember much about it. Seems it was a rotating disc with rubber flaps or something that would pluck all the feathers pretty quick. I did a search on here, but nothing came up. Does anybody know what I'm talking about and how to make one.

If you are looking for the drill type check out this link. I have made two of them they work pretty good. On properly scalded Cornish cross you can get almost all of the feathers in about 3 minutes. I have pics on my website chenierworks.weebly.com
