Plymouth Rock Coloring?????

I have Partridge Plymouth Rocks and Barred Plymouth Rocks. If I mix them, what color would they turn out? Would the barring be dominant? Could they turn out like sex links? Could i tell the roosters from the hens? Just curious,...

Barred Plymouth Rocks over Partridge Plymouth Rock hens will give all Barred chicks. Partridge Plymouth Rock over Barred Plymouth Rock hens will give sex linked chickens, barred cockerel & black pullets.

Yep that is correct

And the black is black-bleeding-red, the hackles or wingbows, or under the tail will show red/brown to some degree, some more, some less. Actually quite an attractive bird, and like some true outcrosses - they tend to be significantly LARGER.
