Plymouth Rock confusion

Hi all! We got 2 sapphire and 2 partridge Plymouth Rock chicks on April 1st. They were all supposedly sex linked pullets but I’m starting to feel like one (or more) of these things is not like the other. They aren’t laying or crowing and I know I could just wait but it’s driving me nuts so any help identifying would be much appreciated!
