this is the silver roo.

any genetic if that would help me would be greatly appreciated.

Silver Rock, your male sppr is outstanding! I'm looking forward to seeing pics of the next generations.

Pallet Queen, I know that it is an sppr cockerel in the last pics, but I am completely baffled by the rocks in the previous pics. Are they black rocks? If so, I don't think I've seen them on here before.

It dropped down to 0 degrees last night, so I'll really need to start getting ready for winter. Radio station said the northern lights were showy last night; wish I had stayed up to see them.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to all! Take the time to count your blessings. I am sorry to hear that the US government is going through a rough patch.

Thank you very much PEI Chicken for the positive feedback it means a lot to me. :) I am just following in your footsteps as your SPPRs has the Type & Color I would like to have fixed into mine down the road. :)
Thank you, Clayton Grace "Silver Rock"

I was not impressed by the temps this morning. Had to de-ice my car! :|

Going up to 21 today, I can not believe that.

Not looking forward to winter, but it's coming.

We've had a few light frosts here in the Midwest, but nothing to kill off my plants just yet. I have to say, I DO enjoy the cool evenings. I'm not a "temperature extreme" person!

Gads I am not looking forward to winter. With 45 chickens here and 4 coops going that is to much work.

But on the good side at least I have help and we are thinning out the flock.
