Plz Help chicks are dying?

I have around 10 chicks. 5 are Rohde Osland red and the rest are delaware. They are 2 weeks old. I let them roam around outside bcoz its not that cold here im my country but one day one of my chick started showing these behaviour.
Dozing
Not eating anything
Moving like a sloth
And the wings are like they are free from body
I will apperiate the help from you.
Now my 4 chicks are showing this behaviour i'm a little worried. Cause its my first experience.

Are you providing proper care, such as a heat source, clean water & food? At two weeks old they need a heat source that's roughly 85F and the ability to self regulate by being able to get into and away from the heat.
