plz help, found abandoned wild baby mice! **PICS**

I know. I just can't stand rodents. Yes, I used to breed them (hamsters & spiny mice) but in our area, there is Hantavirus. Not to mention that rodents can spread diseases to poultry as well as eat large amounts of chicken feed. Rats will eat eggs & chicks.
 
yeah, i don't like mice who kill my chickens, but those babies never did anything and i feel obligated to help them. hopefully they will be release to live normal lives in the woods away from people's livestock.
 


I have two baby mice that my cat was trying to kill...They were drinking some milk from a string...and then I soaked some wholewheat cackers in milk and tried giving it to them with a tiny paint brush. They do sleep a lot. I am not sure if they are eating on their own although I have made soaked crackers and peanut butter available to them.

Aww be careful about the peanut butter I would take it out they are so small it could get their mouths stuck up and they could suffocate I have only had hamsters though I would personally just leave the soggy crackers.
