Milky white poop uggg my baby is sick again! His bum hole area is warm and he’s eating and drinking fine but deffenetly doesn’t want me to even put on his diaper I guess it’s very soar

Do you have any diaper rash ointment probably the ammonia in his poo from sitting in his diaper has irritated his bum area. Preparation H? A warm bath can help ease soreness too.

What are you feeding him maybe try some probiotics to help. Or if you think he is sick then a vet maybe in order.
