im getting a Easter egger and I was wondering if she will lay me all diffrent colors of eggs or just a one color

Welcome to Backyard Chickens! Easter Eggers will always lay the same color of egg throughout her life although when they first start laying, the egg shade tends to be more vibrant and will gradually get slightly duller.

From he same person I'm getting her from I'm also getting a blue laces Wyandotte and she says she is broody are they usually broody ?

My friend's Blue Laced Red Wyandottes seem to be very broody. Usually hens will be broody for around a month and I then finally give up. You can break them of broodiness in a few days by putting the hen in a wired bottom cage to discourage broodiness. It will take a few weeks for her to finally lay eggs again. Keep in mind that some hens have a tendency for broodiness and will often try to go broody after a few weeks after they are broken of it!
