What are the symptoms for metal poisoning & Mereck's disease?

Does anyone know?

Can a hen survive these 2 conditions?

I forgot to mention that she's seems dehydrated? She's breathing thru her mouth & lots of the time is doing it with the tonge fluttering very fast.

Right now she's laying Completely on her side with her legs stretched out & head on the ground sleeping! Much like a dog lies on his side sleeping.

Please help my hen!
