I'm going to hang on to this bird and let y'all know. It would be great if it's tidbitting and protective behavior is just due to being in a coop with a mama raising babies. We will see. Ty!

That's what everyone says. But I'm tellin ya this one acts like a roo. And even has spurs coming in. Maybe it's tidbitting because it's in with a broody and her babies but... always had a wild head pomp too. But I clipped it so it could see. Maybe I have one of them androgens or whatever the word is for it. I'll let y'all know.

It's a pullet. I have a "mouthy" pullet. She will call out warnings like a roo would.

Behavior doesn't really have anything to do wi the gender. Females so etimes get little spurs as well.
