She might be a bantam, which is a small chicken. And, Polish and Ameraucanas (her parents) are not the largest birds in the world.
She definitely is over two months of age. From what I can see, she doesn't have any fluff on her body, has filled out well, and seems to have a good number of feathers. A younger bird would be more raggedy in appearance, would likely still have some fluff, and would overall not look so mature.
