Hi is anyone able to tell me whats wrong with my chicken she's a year old. Thank you in advance for any info.

Yes I have 2 roosters and about 25 hens.

Could be that she's "popular" and the roosters are pulling out her back and neck feathers during mating

Shes quite alert in herself so didn't think it was an illness or mite but I can't say I've notice the boys paying her any attention or even the girls pulling at her feathers. Can you get something to put on her to stop any of the going near her.
