Polish boy or girl?

I am thinking of buying this Polish chick to go with my little Buff Laced chick but I can only have a pullet. I am too new to the breed to be able to sex them so I was wondering if someone could help before I commit to buying her/him? Also, how do you tell the sex of Polish?
