Polish Chicken Beak

Hi Everyone,

We have a 11 month old Polish chicken and we have noticed some bleeding from the beak a few weeks ago and now there seems to be a hole in the beak, as you can see in the pictures. Can anyone please help out ?

She is eating and sleeping well, she hasn't started laying yet.
