polish chicken hen or rooster - Please help

Can someone tell me if this guy is a hen or rooster - my daughter happiness is dependent on the answer! around 12 weeks old

Bummer, she is so sad she love her chickens but we can’t have rosters, how long until we are sure? We know one of our bantams is so we were hope this one was not

I am very sure it's a cockerel. I'm seeing pointed feathers and a crazy crest, female Polish have a neat, rounded crest
