Polish Chicken spitting up Clear Liquid and a bit of grass

So my 11 month old polish just now spit up this. She seems to be in good spirits, making her usual noises and before this was drinking, and after was eating both feed and mealworms. I don't know if she maybe just haf an issue with some long grass she ate today or anything. But she did eat some beans, lettuce and a little parsley yesterday if that helps. She also seems to have been molting. But its been for a few months now. Thanks for any help you can offer.

My apologies for the late reply. She seems to be doing fine! Although I believe the others are still pulling her feathers. She still mingles with then and she is friendly and social.
