Oh,dear! My 3 new Polish chicks have bubbly/runny noses. It's a clear discharge and they are eating and drinking well, now the Vet is closed until Monday! However, they had a really stressful journey to get to me, all 3 crammed into a tiny cage for 200 miles! (NOT my doing, I promise!), and I am wondering if they could have the shiffles due to stress? I have separated them from my other chickens, is there anything else I can do until the Vet is there? Or has anyone any suggestions. They are so beautiful, and I have waited so long for them that it would break my heart if anything happened to them.
