From the limited pictures they both look like pullets.

Neither have waddles at 8 weeks. Nor hints of red/pink around their beaks. This is my first time owning Polish and they are quite neurotic aren’t they? Very skittish. Sometimes I wonder if it’s because they are blinkered with that hairdo so they are super anxious because their viewing windows are narrower than most other chicks.
