2 of the 3 polish cockrels l have the backs of their heads pecked clean (about quarter size). Is frostbite something I need to worry about?

The only option I can think of is to knit them tiny little hats but I don't think that would go over very well with them. It seems like its one of my little polish pullets doing the pecking. (a silkie cockrel was doing it as well but he's in rooster jail right now)

You could put some vaseline on the spots, I know it helps stop frostbite on combs.....But I do like the idea of little hats.....:love :hide I mean it is a good idea..................
