So maybe I’m not good at navigating the forums. 
but I had a question. I have 2 buff laced polish. And it seems I had a problem with a bored pullet. And she pulled some of my polish’s crest out. I’m treating her now. 2 questions. 1. Should I trim the crest just around the eyes, and if someone can direct me to somewhere to help me do that. Because all the you tube videos literally cut the entire crest off and I don’t really want to do that. I just want near the eyes. And 2. I’ve hear of people tying up the crest, is that a better option, and how close to the head should I put the tie? (I went out and got cotton toddler hair ties) my pullets are 11 weeks old. And don’t have full crests yet. But I just want them to be happy and be able to see. The picking isn’t a bully situation, it was my fault, I don’t think I had enough mental stimulation for them. So I fixed that with toys, mirrors, and some logs n such. But please if anyone can give me direction on how-to that would be awesome!
