Polish crested - roo or hen?

She acts hen-ish, but I just don't really know. She's 12 weeks. They also eat the feathers on the back of her head! Why is that?? She's bald in back! lol

Girl. Polish chickens tend to be bullied by other breeds which can include feather picking. Do you have a rooster? Because the feather loss on the back of the head could also be caused by being mated.
 
I do have what looks to be 3 roos, but my whole flock is around 12 weeks old, so no mating yet. I literally watched them eat her feathers. I haven't seen that before. I'll try to add in some protein. They aren't really mean to her, she's definitely lower on the pecking order, but she's super fast and just does her own thing. Thanks again everyone!
