So I have some white crested blue polish pullets that are 8 months old. I am trying to breed them, I have bred them to a white crested black polish, and a silver laced polish to no avail. All of my eggs die around day 5-6.

They are in the same incubator and turner as all my other hatching eggs of different breeds that all have a 90ish percent hatch rate. They are on the same diet, same water, same environment, and everything else I can think of.

The eggs are placed in the incubator at less than 4 days old with the same turning habits as all my other eggs that do great. But the polish eggs always get a red ring around day 5-6.

Any ideas? All help would be greatly appreciated

The two last ones woke up on the wrong side of the bed today 😂😂

You wouldn’t think both roosters to have bad genes impossible of reproducing right?

You could try pairing those hens with a different rooster for a bit to see if you have success that way. Also try pairing those rooster to different hens, just to help troubleshoot.
