I didn't hatch them, they were rescues, but I am guessing they are 4-5 weeks old at least.

i would say all hens. When the crest get filled out the poofy ones are hens and the spikey ones are males.

Spikey 'hair' is boys. Rounded puff ball 'hair' is girls. Give them 2 more weeks or so and then you'll really be able to tell.
