Polish Frizzles - Cockerils/Pullets?

I would love peoples thoughts on these pair of Polish Frizzles please?
I am thinking the green will be a little rooster and the one marked red is a pullet? (But I am a total amateur)
They're 9 weeks old...

I love my Polish too. I have a 1 yr Buff hen, 2- 4/5 week olds, one silver the other is a white crest black.
