polish,germans and other top hats/bigger combed chickens

I have a few polish chickens and a few germans plus a few with big combs how can i keep them from freezing? And on the polish what can i do with their top hat feathers? They are getting wet from when they get a drink and the water is freezing on the feathers. our temps are around 20-30 during the day and 0 and below at night and now we are getting snow so what can i do to prevent frostbite on the bigger combs and to prevent water freezing on polish feathers.

To prevent frostbite on their feet I know that you can get a flat perch like a slab of wood.

Thats no prob the problem is like my rir rooster has. Huge comb thats what i worry about getting frostbite
