Polish Golden Laced Roo 10 wks old (Boston/NH)

I have this beautiful Polish Roo and sadly I just found out he is a Roo. He's been raised with 4 Silkies, 3 other Polish, and 4 other regular chickens. He's about 10 weeks old. Looking to find him a Happy Hen house as I can't keep any roosters in my town.

It looks like a pullet to me. How do you know he’s a roo?

He/she started crowing and a few others on the Facebook chicken page thought so as well. If you look closely at the beak it also looks like he is growing a wattle. His behavior also seems to be more aggressive than the others. This is my first time with chickens though so I would appreciate any advice. I hope I am wrong!

Im thinking pullet too. Their is story after story about girls that crow and there are wonderful videos on youtube of "Crowing Chickens". I would wait to till egg laying age.
