Polish hen dead on roost

This morning our 1yr old Polish hen was dead on her roost. No injuries, no sign of illness. It looked like she died in her sleep. She had always been small but seemed healthy- only started laying eggs 2 months ago. Should I be worried about our other chickens? They all seem healthy & happy.

If she had been showing signs of illness, I'd be somewhat worried and keep an eye on things. Sudden death is another story. Sudden death is generally the result of a heart attack or some congenital problem. Hope it was 'sudden death'.
