Polish Hen or Roo?

Hello! This little guy (girl?) isn’t mine, so I’m not able to get more photos. He/She is being given away as a roo and I’m a sucker for Polish. The crest looks a little too round for a rooster, but I’m no expert. She/He is 8 weeks old and they said that there hasn’t been any crowing. Thoughts?

Would be helpful to see it's comb and wattles. It's hard to say either way at this point. Generally it's too young to crow or have rooster specific feathering. Generally you look to comb development and color at 8 weeks.
