Polish Hen or Rooster? 6 months

just got this from someone and noticed today it appears to have some rooster like tail feathers. Any Polish chicken owners out there can confirm? Was told it’s a hen when I bought it.

Definitely a cockerel. He has such long legs! I wonder if he is mixed with some kind of game? He sure is beautiful! I hope the person you got him from will take him back,or refund you!
