Polish hen or rooster - please help

Can anyone possibly tell me if this sweet little 10 week old Polish chicken (Athena) is a hen or rooster? The one photo with the other polish chicken - she is obviously a hen, but what about Athena? She was named after the goddess of the hunt because she is very alpha and smart from the beginning. She may have to have a name change to Athens or Ares if she is not a hen . Any help is appreciated.

He's too young for male specific feathering, they usually come out at 12 weeks old.
Right now I'm looking at streamers, which is the head feathers.
See how his head feathers are different from the hen?

I do see that his look is more David Bowie from the 80’s than his pretty Polish girlfriend in the photo.
