Polish hen with something wrong

Does she walk like a penguin?Just a description on how she walks.

She is wobbly with butt up. I bathed her and then gave epsom salt soak. I don't see anything odd about her vent. But as you can see in the picture her poop came out grose after the soak

I have her in the house and fed scrambled eggs with crushed shells. I can feel a bulge at her crop area.

That's the first poop I saw like that. I have been keeping an eye on poop in her quarentine area.

Any suggestions?

To me it feels squishy. Again I am pretty new to all of this. She just pooped again so here is another picture

Someone just suggested it could be cocci. I looked up pictures and to me it doesn't look like it. Ugh I'm really worried. Anyone with a suggest to what I should do next?

Can you take her to a vet?

I have no clue. I will call our dog vet tomorrow. She has pooped two more times and it looks completely normal now.
