Polish Hens or Roosters?

These are my first polish, so I'm not sure. At least one is crowing...but, every time I go out there he gets quiet. I think it's this one, but I'll post pics of the other two for your opinion also. This is Nikki Sixx.

I'm not a Polish expert by any means, but I think those last 2 pictured are both cockerels. Of the ones I've had, the cockerels get those messy, stringy looking crests. The pullets have a neater look with wider feathers.
And I'm pretty sure I'm also seeing stringy saddle feathers on both of them.

Do you think Phyllis is a hen? I suspected the other two were male....

I do think Phyllis is a girl. I don't see and rooish saddle feathers and her crest is much neater than the other 2.
