There is somebody who is selling 1 year old laying hens of all of these above breeds. I am looking to get 2-3 chickens of the above breeds, I am looking for egg laying, and breeding potential.

I am in NM so it gets below freezing in the winter, but it can get up to 100 degrees in the summer

I also don't like getting the well known chicken breeds, whenever I do that they are nothing like what people say, my Jersey Giant "Gentle Giant" cockerel is a bully, and my Buff Orpington bites me. My Speckeled Sussex, Cream Legbars, and New Hampshire Reds were all great and not very many people recognize these breeds as the best starting chickens, and yet they were my stating chickens and they have been the best I have had.

I have to many brown egg layers, so I would like variety which is why I wanted white eggs layers
