Polish-lice attractors? myth?

Hi,
In our 4-h meeting someone told us that the polish are really bad about attracting lice.
Is that true or a myth?
Just wondered thought I'd ask some professionals!

I have never seen any on mine!!!

Not true here, either. But they fluffy heads could hide them for quite a while if someone wasn't checking them.
