Polish owner question

Silly question but do polish chickens tear up your garden ,like the non crested breeds do? .my non crested ,scratch all the mulch out of my beds, are polish chickens the same or do they tend to stay in the grass?, I know silly questions but I just love watching my chicks out in the yard with the green grass background but I dont want to repair my flower beds everyday. Thanks for all the help

yes they will make a mess. keep in mind it is fairly easy for predators to sneak up on them because of the crests

Yeah, at first, when they've young or don't have the general influence of non-crested birds, they will be a bit more timid and stay close to home. But eventually, they tend to become more bold and will get into the same sort of messes that their crest-less friends do.
