I recently got a polish chicken. It’s 2 months old and is with other chicks. It decides to pick on only one other chick that is closest to his size but none of the other ones who are smaller than him. Will they eventually get used to each other?

It's a boy? Young roosters are pretty cocky and obnoxious... Is the one he's picking on also a boy?- Because that would explain a lot.
How bad is the bullying? How many other chicks do you have?

I’m not sure with either but I’m assuming they are both roosters. It’s a silkie mixed and a silver polish. Beside them two we have 7 others and they all range in age. But he chooses to only pick on the silkie. He will just chase him around and try to peck him

Yeah, it's pretty normal for young roos to fight, especially if there's only 7 others and they are trying to win females. Are you planning on keeping both of them?

The polish and silkie are only 2 months old and then the other 7 are between 4-6 weeks old so I can’t really tell which one are hens or roosters. The silkie doesn’t fight back it just runs because it’s smaller

With the other younger 7 in pretty sure there’s 2 rooster also and he doesn’t pick on them
