Polish pullet?

This pretty thang is Iggy, sold to me as an Ameracauna Pullet. I now know she is a polish or polish cross. But, want to know if she is actually a pullet. I believe she is, but I know close to nothing about this breed or how to distinguish them. around 12-13 weeks old. Thanks y’all!

(Tried to give the poor thing a hair cut, so she could see better but im not sure it’s helped! )

Lovely pullet, and it looks like she is sweet too. I have two polish, and they are both standoffish. One likes to climb around on me but doesn't want to be touched. I can only pet her when she's not looking, lol. The other is almost six weeks old and stays far away from me.

Thank you! She is very sweet... just like my other chickens, she doesn’t really like to be “caught” but is happy to be held and loved on. She’s in that don’t bother me, teenage stage. Haha I think once she matured she will be even sweeter. She’s so funny, she get separated a lot because she won’t see the others move on because of her crest! I trimmed it but she still has trouble seeing, I’m tempted to give her a full blown mo hawk haha!

What a pretty SL Polish! I vote pullet. Whoever sold it as Ameraucana must not know anything about chickens. Baby polish down looks different from non-crested in my opinion. I have three SL polish myself. They are so funny and sassy.

Thank you! Got her from Tractor Supply. She was in with Ameracaunas, but clearly not. Hatchery mistake I’m sure, I bet she got tossed in lol. She is the favorite of all our friends and us! Definitely amusing and fun to watch... she’s a little ditsy in my opinion which makes her even more love able! At least they got the pullet part right! Haha!

That happened to me too! I bought a female black Australorp and ended up with a straight run GL Wyandotte. At 10 weeks I’m 85% sure it’s a pullet, but time will tell.
