Polish Roosters or Hens?

This is my first hatch of polish and I need to figure out how to tell the roosters from hens. These are a couple months old any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't keep polish but I believe I've read that males have a more swept back crest and it has streamers in it. Hopefully someone else chimes in.

What's their actual age? In weeks? A couple of months isn't very clear, and so much happens developmentally to help distinguish.
