Polish Sex Help- asap Please!

Please help me tell the sex of this chicken.
14wk old. Never crowed. Until they picked on it’s headed the feathers we’re all laid back. Now they’re kind of crazy.
Thought it was a hen, but after seeing the waddles, not sure and someone was going to buy it today but after seeing it might be a roo, they’ve backed out.

(Has to go as it’s being kept in solitary because the others are pecking it’s head.)
