This is Lola, who wants to be a house chicken. Very demanding for attention. We are still trying to hatch her a husband. Hopefully one of these 2 new chicks will be a cockerel.

I cannot imagine what took me so long to get this type of bird. I always loved my Cochins for their sweet disposition and yet these guys seem as sweet. Thanks for sharing the pictures guys, I cannot wait until I can share a few pictures with you! Now, those of you that have pictures, are they show quality, or pet quality? Not that it matters either way, but just curious at what you folks do with your birds.

Bob - I prefer smooth (it'll be easier for the self color project)...but wouldn't turn away a frizzled, as I am current up a creek with the Roo situation.
