POLISH THREAD Talk about your Polish and post pics of your Polish

I just hatched a little White Crested Black Polish a few weeks ago. I started with something like 4 or 5 eggs (they were mixed in with some eggs of other breeds), but only one of the Polish developed and hatched (I don't think Polish eggs ship well, because most of the other eggs fared better). I'll have to post a picture sometime tomorrow!

I posted this guy once already ( under its own topic ) but I was wondering if anyone here might be able to tell me what color this little guy is. Our adults are two wc black hens, one wc blue hen and a wc black roo. Our adult birds were hatched from eggs we purchased from a BYC breeder who is known for having nice Polish.
Our adult birds look perfectly normal but we have been hatching chicks of every color imaginable including this strange little guy. Does anyone have a clue what color he is?
We have had several offers from people to buy him but we are holding on to this crazy guy to see how he looks when he finishes growing up. We have hatched a few more "strange" colored chicks and I thought I would include photos of them as well.

Up first, Mystery Polish number one

Here are two chicks that we just hatched a few days ago.

we have a third chick that looks similar to the last chick above but it is blue with blueish colored stripes instead of red. I tried to get pictures of it but it wouldn't sit still long enough.
Does anyone have any idea what color these Polish are? I would appreciate any thoughts you guys have on these guys.

This is Turner. I got him on Criagslist where He was someones pet rooster. I am slowly inching him into the flock because he has never been around other chickens before and I don't think he uderstands that he is a chicken like them, lol. He comes to you when you call his name and he will hop into my wifes arms.

Thank you so much for your post. That really explains a lot. Do you have any pictures of the birds you have hatched? I would love to compare and see how yours turned out. I am really excited about these chicks and can't wait to see how they mature. I think the super strange one ( the first one pictured above ) is going to end up being a little hen. Now we have to find a nice Roo to go with her!

I bought my first polish chick a couple weeks ago. She (pretty sure it's a she) is a silver lace.

Soooooo.... Now I've decided I want some smooth or frizzled tolbunt. Anyone selling any or have any hatching eggs?
