Sorry, but I have heard this many, many times and I would NEVER do this with my chicks. Good for you if it works, but I would rather wait and see, than risk harming my chicks.

A BYC friend has offered me two non-bearded White Crest Black Polish roosters...I only want one..if I get one. I've been trying to think of hens I could put w/ them. I have 1 Splash Polish Bantam hen, and assorted tufted/crested mutt hens...

I haven't seen pictures of them yet..but he said they're 10 months old.
