Ha ha! I have wondered! She has some very roo-ish traits. First to come running up to me. First to check out something new...maybe she is trying to find herself! I love her dearly though, so roo or no she's a keeper to me....but boy is she ugly to be a girl....

I would LOVE to have a GL hen...they're just so hard to find, at least of any quality.

I will see what I can do then. I can't think I would need three and too I will check with that lady to see if she really is getting them from a breeder. I will get back with you in a few days or so. If I do get to get the shamo I will drive down there so probably we could meet up. I prefer to pick up than to ship. Shipping freaks me out.

Okay....so you got me beat......

ETA: Look at the little legs in the back. It looks like they are standing around going..."Seriously!? A picture of that one?"

I don't think a day went by that me and hubby didn't say something about Ugly Eddy. I could write a book!

Love the names! Princess Fluffy Britches does look just like she has britches on! I love the word britches. I use it with my students all the time! You would be amazed at how many of them have never heard it...and we are very rural here.

two days ago it was fine, yesterday it seemed a little droopy so I mixed some nutridrench in the water. today it still hasn't perked up, I fixed it some egg to try to tempt it to eat. It is sharing a brooder with two swedish flower hens the brooder is 2x 4 so it has plenty of room there are two feeders in the pen.
