Tahat is DEFINITELY a Buff Laced Polish!!!

No leg feathers, wings are too long, long awkward polish-y neck.

Gender is kinda undefineable at this age. I had a female who started alot like this, so dont loose all hope!

Lol, thanks! I'm alright with it being a polish, as it was going to be on my list of chicks to get next year. Guess I'll add silkie to that list instead!

Limited experience but I'd say cockerel on its gender.
